New Player Policy

If you are a new FPSC player we are required to have your birth certificate on file. Along with completing your online registration please send a copy of your birth certificate to:

2012 REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 20th

for Micro, Mod & Rec Players

April 20th – Registration opens
June 13th – Deadline to guarantee a spot on previous team. Registration is still accepted after this date, with a $15 late fee.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

Registration is OPEN.

Players- ONLINE registration is the preferred method. Please use the registration link above. If for some reason you are unable to register online you may print out the Paper Registration & Informed Consent Form and an mail them to the SPYA office. You will need to give a signed copy of the Medical Release Form to your coach.

Coaches and Team Managers- You must also register to obtain your RMA number. You must do this EACH year. Register as a COACH, not a general volunteer.

Players attending Fury tryouts- If you are planning on attending one of the Fury tryouts please refrain from registering for the 2012 season now. The registration process will take place shortly after tryouts.

U7-U10 Mod $80

U11-U14 Rec $80

U15-U18 Rec $90

U11-U14 Fury $155

U15-U18 Fury $165

This is the player registration cost only.

Micro- t-shirt is provided.
Mod- adidas jersey is provided.
U11 and above teams supply their own uniforms.

FURY teams will pay more for Tournments, Uniforms, Lighted Fields, ect... Most FURY teams you can expect to pay $500- $1000 over the registration cost.
