Home League and District are two different levels of play for full field teams. While it is usually assumed by some people that District level teams are of a higher caliber than Home league teams, that is not always the case. Home League Gold teams, for instance, are fairly competitive teams that would do well in a District Silver league.
Home League
Maximum of 18 players/team.
Players are required to play 50% of each game.
Leagues are formed by TPCJSA consisting of teams throughout the association.
Standings are maintained on the TPCJSA website.
Each age group is broken into three divisions (Gold, Silver and Bronze).
FPSC works with each and every full field coach prior to their team's placement.
District
Maximum of 18 players/team.
Players are required to play 50% of each game.
Leagues are formed by District III consisting of teams throughout the District III boundaries.
Standings are maintained on the District III website.
Each age group is broken into three divisions (Gold, Silver, and Bronze). Some divisions are broken up further based on the amount of teams playing, so there may be more than one Silver or Gold division (i.e. Silver Ruby, Silver Sapphire).
The level of competition in the Gold divisions will be considerably higher than in the Home Leagues.
FPSC works with each and every coach prior to their team's placement
