Ticket for the 12th Annual Dinner and Auction are now on sale


2017 FPSC Dinner and Auction
'Seas the Day'

When: October 14th, 2017
Doors open at 5:30 PM

Where: McGavick Conference Center

Cost: $35.00 per person, $60.00 per couple or $240 for a table of 8
 

It's that time of the year! The auction committee is hard at work preparing and planning for the auction.

 

Tickets are now on sale
Teams typically work together and submit their forms in full tables so that they can sit with and near their friends. You don't have to do it that way, you can come by yourself or with a small group, that's ok. Please get these done ASAP if you intend on joining us. As a reminder, the auction is an adult only event.
 
Forms and payment can either be dropped off at Justin's office in person or forms emailed to kellyslattery71@gmail.com.
Tickets will be held at Will Call if not paid for in advance.

When filling out your form we really need you to fill it out completely. Most important is the name of the guests and the team they are associated with. Once your forms are turned in we'll get the tickets back to you through your team. Should we not get them back to you they will be at Will Call the night of the auction.

Please keep getting your donations turned in.  Nothing is too big or too small! Your team will get a percentage of money back (up to $500) for all of our procured items. There are also cash prizes for the teams that procure the most.

Every child that plays soccer for FPSC will benefit from the auction. In addition to individual donations, each team is required to participate by assembling a themed “basket” or items with a value listed below by team age. (This can be multiple baskets adding up to the total requirement. It doesn't all have to go in 1 basket) Families are encouraged to procure items from donors rather than purchase items to contribute. A team parent can volunteer to organize this project.
