7th Annual Dinner/Auction- Winter Wonderland

General Auction Night Information

It's that time of year...yep, AUCTION TIME! Mark it on your calendar, Saturday, Nov. 17th.. It is always a great time with friends, so plan on coming. More information will be sent out soon!

The night will begin at 5pm at Puyallup Fairgrounds Expo Hall. YUM!! There will be a silent & live auction, dessert auction, and a game or two. Bring cash for the bar and games. The bar will have beer, wine, & vodka cran this year for $3.

If you are interested in going the price of the tickets are as follows:

  • $30 for a single
  • $50 for a couple
  • $200 for a table of 8

Tickets will be available in the next week or so. Family and friends are welcome- the more the merrier!!

As a team we need to begin collecting items for the auction. We have to contribute one team basket with a value of $100. Please start collecting or asking for donations.

If you have collected items, please let me know ASAP. A procurement form must be filled out for each donation. If you need some please let me know.

Donations are due on Nov. 7th!!

Donation Ideas

Past Silent Items:

  • Pampered chef, scrap-booking items, kids book basket, candles, gardening, drama movie basket, etc.

Past Live items:

  • Microwave hood oven, large tools (bandsaw, drill press,etc), Night on the Town (W in Seattle, dinner and a show),

No idea is too small or too big...bring it on!
